Every Friday we open the doors to something that feels more like a kitchen than a restaurant. The pasta evenings at Mälsåker Vingård are our way of inviting you to something simple, delicious and communal. A place for those of you who live nearby or just happen to drive by. We cook fresh pasta from scratch and serve it with two options, meat or vegetarian. Of course with ingredients sourced around us and with good wine, beer or non-alcoholic. If you still want to indulge, there is a starter and dessert to choose from. There is always pancake for the children. We have a limited number of places every Friday. Our restaurant is small, but warm. Here we prepare a fixed menu using ingredients we have around us: what we grow in the garden, hunt in the fall, gather in the forest or buy from one of the 160 food and beverage producers we have in Sörmland.
We are open on Saturdays until the end of September and only by reservation. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, but for those who want, we start in the vineyard as early as 5:00 PM with a wine tour. The restaurant has room for 12 guests with a view of the surrounding nature and the vineyard.
