About GDPR

It is important to us that our customers feel safe with us. Therefore, we have summarized what the GDPR law means for you and us and how we take care of your personal data. Please note that the text below is not our legal policies but a simplified summary description so that you feel safe with us.

What is GDPR?

As of May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in all EU countries. The law protects you as a customer and your rights regarding the handling of your personal data. The aim is for you as a customer to feel secure that your personal data is not used in an inappropriate manner. Personal data is any form of data that can identify you as a person, i.e. name, address, telephone number, photograph or email.

Ängstorps Skafferi AB (Mälsåker Vingård) is the data controller and is responsible for and determines the handling, collection and use of the personal data you provide to us. We collect the following personal data about you when you want to become a customer with us; name, address, telephone number and email. This information is used for invoicing, booking and newsletter subscription. We are responsible for ensuring that the personal data is protected from improper use.

What happens in the event of a personal data breach?

If Ängstorps Skafferi AB (Mälsåker Vingård) experiences a data breach or if an accidental loss of personal data occurs, the data controller will document the incident and report it to the Swedish Data Protection Authority and inform affected customers within 72 hours.

Deletion of personal data in our system

For those of you who have booked events with us, you can at any time request the information stored about you, request changes to your personal data or request deletion of your personal data.
